TROVAN FLEX™ Read - Write System

The TROVAN FLEX™ system of reprogrammable transponders and reader-programmers is designed for use in applications in production control and logistics, where the customer requires data carriers capable of being programmed with item-specific information.

TROVAN FLEX™ transponders feature 264 bits of memory, with 192 user programmable bits yielding up to 24 ASC11 characters. TROVAN FLEX™ transponders feature adjustable memory configuration and answer-on-request transponder addressability. The ability to change the ID code can be controlled by password. The programmer can also permanently lock in programmed code, either in its entirety, or on a block-by-block basis.

TROVAN FLEX™ transponders are not compatible with the TROVAN™ system transponders, and require special reader firmware in order to be read In other words, a TROVAN FLEX™ transponder cannot "clone" a TROVAN UNIQUE™ transponder's ID code.
