WatchMan System

WatchMan is a software programe designed to verify that assets and or locations have been attended and/or maintained/serviced. The system is tamper proof, simple to operate and eliminates the need for manual document recording. Operationally, the system works by installing a transponder at a specified location or in an item of equipment. Appropriate individual (engineer, security patrol guard, etc) is issued with a personal ID tag and LID571 pocket reader. When the individual attends the premises or item of equipment, their personal ID tag is read, followed by the location tag or equipment tag. Time, date and tag ID codes are stored in the pocket reader for supervisor download into the WatchMan database, from which a number of reports can be generated.

The database contains an Exceptions Report which displays checkpoints within a location not attended and equipment not attended, serviced, or maintained. Installation and operation is simple, fast and totally accurate.

System Requirements

WatchMan will work on computers with Windows 95/98/Me, Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

An Infrared Adapter is required for the Pocket Reader communication.

In order to run WatchMan you need Microsoft Access, which is part of the Microsoft Office Professional suite. If you do not have MS Access installed you need to obtain the MS Access 2000 runtime environment.
